通过对地矿实验室技术质量控制的事前控制、事中控制、事后控制三个阶段不同作用的分析,认为目前存在重视事后控制,忽略事前、事中控制现象,不利于从根本上提高分析质量.通过做好人员、仪器设备、环境、测试方法、标准物质和化学试剂等准备工作,加强事前控制;通过对样品交接、设备环境、方法选择、准确度和精密度等测定过程进行事中控制,使实验室的测试活动处于有效的受控状态,以保证测试数据的准确性.

Based on the analysis on three phases "beforehand control, concurrent control and post control" of geological mining laboratory quality control technology, it is found that great importance has been attached to post control, but the beforehand and concurrent control are ignored, which is not conducive to fundamentally improve the quality of analysis. The beforehand control can be strengthened through good preparation on personnel, equipment, environment, test method, standard materials and chemical reagents; and based on the in-process control on sample delivery, equipment, environment, method selection, accuracy and precision, laboratory testing activities can be effective controlled, to ensure the accuracy of test data.
