大容量特高压直流(UHVDC)输电系统一旦发生直流闭锁故障,会造成受端交流系统的巨大功率缺额,仅靠故障区域的旋转备用可能无法填补,需要调集互联电网中其他区域的备用以支援系统的频率恢复.在分析现有应对策略处理大功率缺额事故的不足后,该文提出特高压直流闭锁后的省间紧急功率支援优化调度策略.该策略首先以各区域间的可用输电能力和每个子区域的剩余备用容量为优化目标,同时考虑省间断面限额、区域备用限制等约束条件,求解功率缺额在各区域的分摊方案;进一步,根据各类机组的调节性能和控制方式,可得到区域调节功率在机组间的分配原则.通过网省两级调度协调控制,可实现特高压直流闭锁后省间紧急功率支援的协调优化调度.仿真结果表明了所提控制策略的有效性.

Once block fault occurs in high-capacity UHVDC transmission system, it brings large-capacity power supply loss to AC power system located at receiving end. If the reserve capacity in the disturbed control area is insufficient to fill up the gap,reserves in other areas of the interconnected system will be transferred to support the recovery of system frequency. Based on the analysis of the defects of existing control strategies when dealing with large-capacity power shortage, this paper presented a coordinated optimal dispatch strategy of emergency power support among provinces after block fault of UHVDC transmission system. Total power shortage was firstly allocated among provinces aiming at maximum remaining spare and inter-area available transfer capability with the constraints such as tie line power and reserve capacity taken into account. Then,allocation scheme among units according to generator units' type was raised. Cooperation among the regional grid dispatching system and provincial dispatching systems achieved emergency power support among provinces. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
