在以创新、创业为主题的知识经济背景下,民营科技企业扮演着越来越重要的角色,而民营科技企业中的知识型员工则是公司核心竞争力的重要来源。在民营科技企业中,知识型员工管理存在诸多问题:从公司角度看,员工对公司的价值观缺乏理解,投入度不高,过分强调自我意识,关联绩效不足;从知识型员工个人角度看,员工职业安全感缺乏,感知到的激励不足。完善民营科技企业知识型员工管理的对策为:建立富有竞争力的薪酬福利体系;谨慎对待知识型员工的招聘;实施动态管理与平衡;对知识型员工进行分门别类式管理;谋求制度与人情的中和;按照创造性劳动规律管理知识型员工。

Under the knowledge economics background at the topic of innovation and enterprise, private-run science and technology enterprises play the important role increasingly and knowledge employees are the source of core competence. However, there exist many problems in the knowledge employee management. From the view of company, employees are lack of understanding on the sense of company value and have less involvement degree, emphasize more on self-awareness and their surrounding performance is not enough. From the view of knowledge employees, the employees are lack of professional safety sense and enough encouragement. Countermeasures to perfect the knowledge employees management include establish the competitive salary and welfare system, treat the recruits to knowledge employees prudently, introduce dynamic management and balance, has the sort management to knowledge employees, seeks for the balance between system and human relationship and obey the innovative labor rules to manage knowledge employees.
