环首都地区的发展对于河北省对接北京和承接首都功能的总体布局和功能地位调整，推进京津冀协同发展有着重要意义。在经济发展新常态的背景下，推进环首都地区新型城镇化，应从完善和优化城镇化动力体系着手，兼顾各利益主体，妥善处理政府、企业与农民等各方面的利益关系，保证城镇化建设投入和产出的有效性。
環首都地區的髮展對于河北省對接北京和承接首都功能的總體佈跼和功能地位調整，推進京津冀協同髮展有著重要意義。在經濟髮展新常態的揹景下，推進環首都地區新型城鎮化，應從完善和優化城鎮化動力體繫著手，兼顧各利益主體，妥善處理政府、企業與農民等各方麵的利益關繫，保證城鎮化建設投入和產齣的有效性。
배수도지구적발전대우하북성대접북경화승접수도공능적총체포국화공능지위조정，추진경진기협동발전유착중요의의。재경제발전신상태적배경하，추진배수도지구신형성진화，응종완선화우화성진화동력체계착수，겸고각이익주체，타선처리정부、기업여농민등각방면적이익관계，보증성진화건설투입화산출적유효성。
The development of region around capital has great significance in undertaking capital function docking overall layout and adjustment of function status, and promoting coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Under the background of the new normal of economic development, advancing new urbanization ring the capital region, we should improve and optimize the dynamic system of urbanization, give consideration of each main body's profits, properly handle the interest relationship among government, enterprises and farmers and so on various aspects, guarantee the input and output effectiveness of urbanization construction.
