目的:探讨Sandwich教学在临床医学本专科教学的应用。方法选择我校本科和专科各一个班的学生为实验组,同层次其他班级为对照组,教学结束后进行考核,通过出错率及学生调查问卷的形式分析比较Sandwich教学在不同层次的教学效果。结果实验组的学生的教学效果要优于对照组,在提高沟通表达能力、团队协作能力、自主学习能力等方面本、专科无明显区别,但专科与本科层次学生相比认为参与Sandwich教学比要稍有难度。结论无论在本科还是在专科教学中,Sandwich教学均能提高学生的沟通表达能力、自主学习能力、团队协作能力等。

ObjectiveDiscussion on the application of Sandwich teaching in clinical medicine teaching. MethodsThe students in our school and junior college were selected as the experimental group, and the other classes in the same level as the control group. After the end of the teaching, the teaching effect of Sandwich was analyzed in different levels. Results:The teaching effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the improvement of communication skills, teamwork ability and autonomous learning ability, but it was not obvious that the students participating in Sandwich teaching was slightly more difficult than those in the undergraduate level. ConclusionSandwich teaching can improve the students' ability of communication, self-learning ability, team cooperation ability and so on.
