基于煤焦油组成的复杂性以及含硫化合物的同分异构体数量较多,今提出了一套含硫化合物形态分析方法。采用溶剂萃取法与柱层析法相结合对某煤气厂煤焦油进行了族组分分离,并利用气质联用仪(GC-MS)分析了芳香分与极性物的组成,同时采用GC-AED与GC-MS联合定性方法对芳香分和极性物中的含硫化合物进行了形态分析,采用XPS对甲苯不溶物中的硫化物进行了定性分析。结果表明,在芳香分组分中,GC-MS共检测到102种化合物,GC-AED共检测并定性了40种含硫化合物;在极性物组分中,GC-MS共检测到69种化合物,GC-AED定性了30种含硫化合物,甲苯不溶物中的含硫化合物主要为噻吩类、R-O-S-S-R 等硫氧化物以及砜类。该方法可用于分析其它煤基液体产品的组成以及含硫化合物形态分布。

Coal tar is a complex mixture and the sulfuric compounds within coal tar have many isomers. An analysis method for the study of sulfuric compound in coal tar was proposed in this study. The coae tar was separated into groups using solvent extraction and column chromatography. GC-MS was used to analyze the compositions of the aromatic and polar fraction. The sulfuric compounds in the aromatic and polar fractions were analyzed by GC-AED and GC-MS, and the sulfuric compounds in toluene insoluble fractions were analyzed by XPS. The results show that 102 compounds were detected by GC-MS in the aromatic fraction and 40 sulfur compounds were identified by GC-AED, while 69 compounds were detected by GC-MS and 30 sulfuric compounds were identified by GC-AED in the polar fraction. The sulfuric compounds in the toluene insoluble fractions are mainly thiophenes, sulfoxides such as R-O-S-S-R, and sulfones. This method can be used to analyze composition and distribution of sulfuric compounds in other coal-derived oil products.
