电机初始位置检测的精度直接决定其启动运行时的性能。本文在分析永磁直线同步电机电磁性能的基础上,得出由于该电机的d、 q轴电感在某些位置处相等,故无法采样用传统的高频电压注入法来准确检测初始位置,因此本文在基于定子铁心的非线性磁化特性的基础上,提出了一种判断动子初始位置的综合方法,向电枢绕组施加空间电压矢量,利用等效电路时间常数的不同,通过比较响应电流的衰减时间,确定动子初始位置,最后运用DSP2812实时仿真系统的进行了动子任意初始角度的实验验证。实验结果表明,该方法能够快速有效的检测出PMLSM电机的初始位置。

The precision of initial position detection is critical for the starting performance of motors . Through the analysis of electromagnetic property of linear flux-switching permanent magnet , the inductance of dq-axes are the same in some places had been obtained .So the traditional methods based on high-frequency signal injection can't be used .This paper presented a method of estimating the initial mover position without position sensor .The estimation was performed by using the nonlinear magnetization characteristics of the stator core.In the scheme, a space voltage pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm was adopted.The decay time of response currents were compared and an initial mover position angle was acquired .Experimental verification of arbitrary initial mover angle was carried out on AD 5435 real-time simulation system .The experimental results show that the proposed method estimates the initial mover position reliably and efficiently . The method is also simple and can achieve satisfied estimation accuracy .
