在阿帕比中国报纸资源全文数据库发表的关于商业模式创新的文章中，本文选取符合条件的139篇作为有效样本，使用内容分析法进行分析。结果表明：（1）创新内容方面，中国企业商业模式创新的要素创新高于要素间的关系创新，表现为商业模式的系统创新能力不够强；创新立足点比较少，大部分企业只涉及2～3个要素的创新，并且围绕营销的商业模式创新比较多。（2）创新效果的衡量方面，中国企业衡量商业模式创新效果使用最多的指标是市场效果指标与财务指标，最少的指标是运营效率指标。

재아파비중국보지자원전문수거고발표적관우상업모식창신적문장중，본문선취부합조건적139편작위유효양본，사용내용분석법진행분석。결과표명：（1）창신내용방면，중국기업상업모식창신적요소창신고우요소간적관계창신，표현위상업모식적계통창신능력불구강；창신립족점비교소，대부분기업지섭급2～3개요소적창신，병차위요영소적상업모식창신비교다。（2）창신효과적형량방면，중국기업형량상업모식창신효과사용최다적지표시시장효과지표여재무지표，최소적지표시운영효솔지표。
In Apabi database ,from published articles on the business model innovation ,this paper selects 139 as valid samples .By using the content analysis , the finding shows as follows .( 1 ) From the innovation aspects , the element innovation is higher than the relationship innovation between the elements , and the performance for system innovation capability of the business model is not strong .The foothold is imited ,for most business only involves two or three elements of innovation ,and more involves the marketing business model innovation .( 2 ) The measure of innovation effect , market achievements and financial indicators are most used when Chinese enterprises measure the business model innovation effect ,while operating efficiency indicators are seldom used .
