采用高速摄像技术研究了铅丹-硅系延期药柱燃烧传播的动态特性,计算了药柱在不同压药压强下的位移及传播速度。结果表明:点火阶段和喷火阶段发生在药柱端部的2~3mm内,在内部压力作用下,燃烧产物向端部未反应区移动,为不稳定燃烧阶段;稳定燃烧阶段主要分布在药柱的中段,为层状和脉动燃烧特性,在药柱层切向和径向方向同时发生,并随着燃烧传播的进行而加剧,传播速度加快,发光区由暗红变至发白且周围有蓝色火焰;增加压药压强,药柱密度增大,点火和喷火端总长度减小,稳定燃烧阶段的燃速平衡位置平稳增大,波动变小。

The high-speed camera technology was used to study the dynamic combustion propagation of the delay grain of silicon-red lead system. The displacement and burning rate of the delay grain under various loading pressure was calculated. The results show that ignition and eruption processes both occur in top and bottom length of 2~3mm respectively. For the inner pressure, combustion products at the ignition end move towards the unreacted zone, which constitutes the whole unsteady combustion process. Steady combustion process, mainly distributes in central section of the grain, which presents the laminar and pulse combustion, and happens simultaneously in tangential and radial directions. Meanwhile, the combustion propagation makes the propagation velocity accelerated and the color of luminous zone changes from dark red to bright white with blue flames around. With the loading pressure increasing, the charge density rises and the total length of the ignition and eruption end is minished, equilibrium position of the burning rate during the steady combustion process increases steadily and the fluctuation is little.
