为了克服传统电火工品桥带剥离方法的缺陷,采用硝酸腐蚀法进行Cr20Ni80合金桥带的剥离,对硝酸剥离的桥带进行数码视频显微镜、扫描电子显微镜&X 射线能谱仪(SEM&EDS)及电阻测量实验。结果表明硝酸腐蚀法不仅高效美观,废品率几乎为零,而且不会对镍铬合金桥带造成损伤。此工艺相比传统工艺可极大提高电火工品的试制和生产效率。
為瞭剋服傳統電火工品橋帶剝離方法的缺陷,採用硝痠腐蝕法進行Cr20Ni80閤金橋帶的剝離,對硝痠剝離的橋帶進行數碼視頻顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡&X 射線能譜儀(SEM&EDS)及電阻測量實驗。結果錶明硝痠腐蝕法不僅高效美觀,廢品率幾乎為零,而且不會對鎳鉻閤金橋帶造成損傷。此工藝相比傳統工藝可極大提高電火工品的試製和生產效率。

In order to overcome the defects of traditional stripping method for bridge-band of electric explosive device, a new nitric acid corrosion method for stripping Cr20Ni80 alloy bridge-band was adopted. The bridge-band stripped by nitric acid was characterized by digital video microscope, SEM&EDS and resistance measurement. Results showed that the new method is highly efficient and almost no scrap generated, as well as no damage to bridge-band generated. Compared to the traditional method, the new method could greatly increase efficiency of trial-manufacture and production of the electric explosive device.
