研究了纳米TiO 2含量、晶型和粒度对RDX-CMDB推进剂的燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,纳米TiO 2可显著提高RDX-CMDB推进剂的燃速,降低高压下的压力指数。质量分数为1%的5nm锐钛矿型TiO 2可提高1~18MPa燃速,8MPa燃速提高幅度达到88%,12~18MPa压力区间压力指数为0.197。对于25nm TiO2,锐钛矿型有利于提高高压燃速,金红石型有利于降低高压压力指数。对于锐钛矿型TiO 2,5nm有利于提高低压燃速,25nm有利于提高高压燃速。

Combustion properties of RDX-CMDB propellant containing nano-TiO2 with different contents, crystalline and particle sizes were investigated. The result shows that burning rate was improved remarkably by nano-TiO2, and the pressure index could also be reduced simultaneously in high pressure zone. In the pressure range of 1~18MPa, the burning rate of RDX-CMDB propellant containing 1wt% anatase phase TiO2 with particle size of 5nm was increased, compared to that of baseline propellant without the additive, and the maximum improvement was 88% which emerged in 8MPa. The pressure index was reduced to 0.197 in the pressure range of 12~18MPa. For 25nm TiO2, anatase phase was benefit to increasing burning rate in high pressure zone, and rutile phase was benefit to reducing pressure index. For anatase phase, 5nm TiO2has contributed to improving burning rate in low pressure zone, while 25nm TiO2 has contributed to improving burning rate in high pressure zone.
