研究了5个穗醋栗品种采用不同生根剂、不同浓度处理对硬枝扦插效果,以筛选出提高穗醋栗硬枝扦插成活率的适宜方法。结果表明,C1处理(根宝3号浸根10min)生根效果最好,最高成活率达92%。在相同处理条件下,黑穗醋栗生根能力明显强于红穗醋栗与白穗醋栗。

To screen out the suitable methods for increasing currant survival rate of hardwood cutting ,the effects of different rooting agents with different concentrations on hardwood cutting were measured in 5 different currants .,The results indicated that C1 treatment(Soaked with Genbao No.3 for ten mins) could got the best rooting and the highest survival rate (92% ) .Under the same treatment ,the rooting ability of black currant was stronger than that of red currant and white currant .
