研究山萸肉桂片的提取工艺。用正交设计实验分别对处方中发挥主要药理作用的桑叶中的芦丁以及丹参中的丹参酮ⅡA进行了提取分离，并通过高效液相色谱法进行含量分析，分别确定了桑叶与丹参最佳提取工艺，即桑叶用10倍量30％乙醇提取2次，每次1.5h；丹参用10倍量75％乙醇提取2次，每次1.5h。实验证明该工艺合理，方法可行。

To study the extraction process of Cornus officinalis Cinnamon tablets .Mulberry Leaf and Salvia miltiorrhiza played a major role in the pharmacological prescription ,Rutin from Mulberry Leaf and tanshinoneⅡA from Salvia miltiorrhiza were extracted by using orthogonal experi-mental design and their comtent was analyzed by HPLC .Result:The better process parameters for Salvia miltiorrhiza and Mulberry Leaf were de-termined ,that was extracted the Salvia miltiorrhiza with ten times volume 75% ethanol for two times and each time last for 1.5 hours ,and ex-tracted the Mulberry Leaf with ten times volume 30% ethanol for two times and each time last for 1.5 hours .Experiments show that the process is reasonable ,feasible .
