根据实际需要设计并实现了一种基于S7-300 PLC的乳化炸药试验示范生产线智能化联动控制系统,对系统组成、硬件设计、软件控制方案进行了说明,并对控制系统的实际运行效果和控制方法的有效性、可靠性进行了试验验证。结果表明,该控制系统能够满足生产现场的实际需要,提高了乳化炸药生产线控制的智能化水平。
根據實際需要設計併實現瞭一種基于S7-300 PLC的乳化炸藥試驗示範生產線智能化聯動控製繫統,對繫統組成、硬件設計、軟件控製方案進行瞭說明,併對控製繫統的實際運行效果和控製方法的有效性、可靠性進行瞭試驗驗證。結果錶明,該控製繫統能夠滿足生產現場的實際需要,提高瞭乳化炸藥生產線控製的智能化水平。

Based on the actual needs, an emulsion explosive production line with intelligent-linkage control system by S7-300 PLC was designed and accomplished. The system component, hardware design, software control program were introduced, and the actual operating results of the control systems was tested. Meanwhile, the effectiveness and reliability of the control method was also verified. The results show that the control system is able to meet the actual needs and improve the level of the intelligent for the emulsion explosive production line.
