Groundwater resource is an important part of water resources. Due to its features such as large content, long update cycle and slow update rate, we must adhere to the concept of scientific development during the exploitation and utilization of groundwater in our county. It must be a development trend that using the groundwater resource scientifically, making full use of the flood resource, and developing the new type of project in modern agricultural water-saving and grain-increasing in future.
