变频吸振器可以有效减少航天器转动部件对航天器主结构的扰动,但机械式变频器的体积和质量较大,难以应用于航天领域。通过将电磁技术应用于变频吸振器中,提出一种基于电磁变频原理的吸振器,并建立其数学模型,对其性能进行分析和仿真。在理论和有限元计算的基础上,制作原理样机,测试其变频性能。实验表明,应用于吸振器上的电磁变频装置可以提供4000 N/m的刚度变化范围,对应的最大吸振频率可达45 Hz,能在较宽的频带范围内有效降低主结构的振动响应,同时其调节速度和精度也能满足航天器对变频吸振器相关性能的要求。

Adaptive dynamic vibration absorbers (ADVA) have been proved effective to reduce the vibration response of the main structure to the rotating parts of spacecraft. However, mechanical ADVA is too large and heavy to be attached to satellites. In this article, a type of electromagnetic ADVA was introduced and its mathematic model was built. Also, its performance was analyzed and simulated. Based on the theoretical analysis and finite element computation, the prototype of the electromagnetic ADVA was prepared, and its frequency changing ability was tested. The experimental result shows that the prototype can provide up to 4 000 N/m stiffness changing, the corresponding maximum vibration absorbing frequency can reach 45 Hz. It is also shown that the ADVA is able to reduce the vibration of the main structure and the adjusting speed and accuracy can meet the requirement of spacecraft application.
