防喷器是井控设备的核心部件 ,国内外众多的井控标准均对防喷器提出了等压气密试验的要求.但防喷器的气密试验却是一个重大的危险源 ,通过压力容器爆炸事故后果分析、评价的方法可以得出防喷器气密试验爆炸能量和伤害半径.防喷器气密试验时 ,特别是高压试验时更应注意防护;对防喷器气密试验中橡胶密封件及闸板总成建议定期抽检.

Blowout preventer (BOP) is the core part of the well-control equipment .It needs going through isobaric air-tight test according to well-control standards at home and abroad .This test ,however ,is a great source of danger .Its blasting power and damage radius can be obtained with the help of consequence analysis and evaluation method of pressure vessel explosion .Attention should be paid to safety protection in BOP air-tight test ,especially with high pressure .It is suggested that a regular spot check be done on the rubber seal and the ram assembly in the test .
