目的 探讨星形细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)、程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平及其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测AEG-1和PDCD4在89例原发性大肠癌组织及相应癌旁组织中的表达水平,分析AEG-1和PDCD4的表达水平与结直肠癌临床病理学之间的关系.结果 AEG-1在结直肠癌癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(69.66%比14.61%,P<0.01),AEG-1表达水平与结直肠癌组织学分级、浸润深度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05);PDCD4在结直肠癌癌组织中表达率明显低于癌旁组织(31.46%比84.27%,P<0.01),PDCD4表达水平与结直肠癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05).结论 AEG-1高表达及PDCD4低表达在结直肠癌的发生发展及浸润转移中具有-定的作用.

Objective To explore the expression of astrocyte elevated gene-1 (AEG-1) and programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) and theicorrelation with clinicopathological featureof colorectal carcinoma.MethodThe immunohistochemical method waused to detecthe expression of AEG-1 and PDCD4 in 89 caseof colorectal carcinomtissueand non-cancerouadjacencolorectal tissues.The expression of AEG-1 and PDCD4 in colorectal carcinomtissueand theirelationship with clinicopathological featurewere analyzed.ResultThe expression rate of AEG-1 in colorectal carcinomtissuewahighethan thain non-cancerouadjacencolorectal tissue(69.66% vs.14.61% ,P <0.01).The expression of AEG-1 warelated colorectal carcinomto histology grade, invasion depth, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.The expression rate of PDCD4 in colorectal carcinomtissuewalowethan thain non-cancerouadjacencolorectal tissue(31.46% vs.84.27% ,P <0.01).The expression of PDCD4 warelated colorectal carcinomto TNM stage and lymph node metastasi(P < 0.05).Conclusion There ihigh expression of AEG-1 and low expression of PDCD4 in colorectal carcinoma.Simultaneoudetection of AEG-1 and PDCD4 mighbe helpful foevaluating the malignance and predicting the metastatipotential of colorectal carcinoma.
