The paper analyzes the roof energy consumption of houses,points out the introduction of passive solar energy technique to roof energy-saving,adopts the optimal roof forms and adjustment of thermal effect of roof surface,and has the sufficient use of energy,so as to realize the sus-tainable development for the zero energy consumption of houses.
