根据自治区确定的农业十大产业集群,建设性地提出了宁夏农业产业集群的认定标准,建议分层次,分梯队,循序渐进逐步推进.重点打造已经初见集群效益的枸杞、奶产业、清真牛羊肉产业,重拳打造有潜力的葡萄产业,梯度推进马铃薯、适水产业、饲料饲草产业和优良动植物种业集群的发展.

Based on the situation of the ten major industrial clusters determined by the Autonomous Region, the standard for the identification of the agricultural industrial clusters in Ningxia is put forward constructively and it is proposed that build-ing the industrial clusters should be advanced step by step at different levels and in different echelons. The key focus should be on building the Chinese wolfberry, milk, Muslim beef and mutton industries which have already showed the clus-ter benefit. A great effort should be made to build the grape industry which has great potential. An echelon promotion should be made for developing the aquaculture, potato and forage industries and the high-quality animal and vegetable seed industry cluster.
