This paper discussed the importance and significance of public facilities design under the perceptual perspective,analyzed the emotion-al expression factors of urban infrastructure,further confirmed that the public facilities design based on perceptual perspective could meet the peo-ple’s needs,and pointed out that feeling and perception,association and imagination,image and artistic conception was the dominant factor of emotional expression.
