针对传统合成工艺存在原料剧毒、产生大量废水等问题,采用氯甲烷作甲基化试剂,对苯二酚为反应底物合成对苯二甲醚,并考察物料配比、反应时间和反应温度等因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明,在对苯二酚与氢氧化钠及氯甲烷的量的比在1∶2.4∶2.8,反应时间5 h,反应温度90℃时,反应收率最高,对苯二甲醚的收率可达87.8%。
針對傳統閤成工藝存在原料劇毒、產生大量廢水等問題,採用氯甲烷作甲基化試劑,對苯二酚為反應底物閤成對苯二甲醚,併攷察物料配比、反應時間和反應溫度等因素對產物收率的影響。結果錶明,在對苯二酚與氫氧化鈉及氯甲烷的量的比在1∶2.4∶2.8,反應時間5 h,反應溫度90℃時,反應收率最高,對苯二甲醚的收率可達87.8%。
침대전통합성공예존재원료극독、산생대량폐수등문제,채용록갑완작갑기화시제,대분이분위반응저물합성대분이갑미,병고찰물료배비、반응시간화반응온도등인소대산물수솔적영향。결과표명,재대분이분여경양화납급록갑완적량적비재1∶2.4∶2.8,반응시간5 h,반응온도90℃시,반응수솔최고,대분이갑미적수솔가체87.8%。
To break the traditional synthetic technology limitations such as using highly toxic raw materials, producing a large amount of waste water and so on, this process synthesizes p-dimethoxybenzene from p-di-hydroxybenzene and chloromethane. By researching the influence of the products yielding factors including materials proportion, reaction time, reaction temperature and etc, the results show that when the ratio of molar ration of p-dihydroxybenzene, sodium hydroxide and chloromethane is 1:2.4:2.8, the reaction time is 5 hours;when the temperature is 90℃, the product obtains 87.8%yield of p-dimethoxybenzene at its most.
