法兰式液压联轴器作为船舶动力传递的关键部件,在造船工业中得到越来越广泛的应用,但目前对其抗冲击特性的研究较少。基于非线性接触理论,建立某法兰式液压联轴器接触分析模型,获得最大扭矩工况下联轴器各部件的应力分布。在此基础上,基于现代冲击理论,分别采用频域法和时域法对其进行抗冲击特性分析。计算得到该液压联轴器在冲击载荷作用下的应力分布,为船舶设备的抗冲击评估和设计提供依据。研究结果表明,该液压联轴器符合抗冲击性能要求。

Flanged hydraulic coupling is an important junction of the power transmission system and is being widely used in modem naval shafting system. However, only few researches on its anti-shock performance have been done. In this paper, a finite element model of a flanged hydraulic coupling was built based on the nonlinear contact theory. Distribution of the contact stress was obtained in the working condition of the maximum torque. Furthermore, based on modern impact theory, the anti-shock performance of the coupling was studied in both frequency domain and time domain. The stress distribution was obtained from the anti-shock simulation. The results indicate that the design of the flanged hydraulic coupling can meet the requirement of the anti-shock performance. This work provides a database for anti-shock design and evaluation of ship’s devices.
