我院血透室开展血液净化近十余年来，首次接受一名8岁小儿尿毒症患儿，使我们对小儿血液净化方法有了一定认识。我国是1962年开展接受第一例小儿血液净化治疗，但由于受儿童生理特点及血液透析技术及设备的影响，儿童透析开展尚不普遍，随着近10年来血透技术及设备的改进，儿童透析患者越来越多，发达国家还建立了儿童透析中心，取得了很可贵的经验。我院血透室今年接受首例尿毒症进行血液透析治疗的患儿，促使我们对小儿血液净化疗法有了认识、了解、应用。但与成人透析相比还有些特殊问题有待解决，小儿透析仍须进一步发展，小儿透析技术有待在经后工作中提高。

But with adult dialysis compared some special problems to be solved and pediatric dialysis, it is necessary to make further development, pediatric dialysis technology to be in after work to improve.
