[目的]探讨延续性护理对脑卒中病人健康行为的影响。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法，抽取郑州市某三级甲等医院首次发病住院的脑卒中病人116例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组(57例)和观察组(59例)，对照组给予神经内科常规护理，观察组给予延续性护理干预，比较两组病人干预前后健康行为的变化。[结果]两组病人干预前后健康行为均优于干预前，观察组病人干预后健康行为与对照组同期比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]延续性护理干预是一种安全、有效的干预模式，能有效改善脑卒中病人的健康行为生活方式。

[목적]탐토연속성호리대뇌졸중병인건강행위적영향。[방법]채용방편추양적방법，추취정주시모삼급갑등의원수차발병주원적뇌졸중병인116례，채용수궤수자표법분위대조조(57례)화관찰조(59례)，대조조급여신경내과상규호리，관찰조급여연속성호리간예，비교량조병인간예전후건강행위적변화。[결과]량조병인간예전후건강행위균우우간예전，관찰조병인간예후건강행위여대조조동기비교차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。[결론]연속성호리간예시일충안전、유효적간예모식，능유효개선뇌졸중병인적건강행위생활방식。
Objective:To probe into the influence of continuous nursing intervention on the health behaviors of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 1 1 6 inpatients with first episode stroke were selected by the convenient sampling method from a three grade hospital in Zhengzhou.They were dividede into the control group (57 ca-ses)and the observation group(59 cases)by the random digital table method.The control group received the routine nursing of neurology,while the observation group received the continuous nursing intervention,then compared the change of patients’health behaviors of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The patients’health behaviors in both groups after the intervention were all better than those before the inter-vention,there was statistically significant difference in health behaviors of patients after the intervention be-tween both group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing intervention is a safe and effective intervention mode,it can effectively improve the health behaviors lifestyle of stroke patients.
