目的：了解脑卒中患者自理程度与患者心理状况之间的关系，以便在治疗过程中给予心理干预，为提高患者自理能力提供理论依据.方法采用相关分析研究对陕西省某医院神经内科的279名脑卒中患者进行调查问卷分析.结果不同年龄、性别、自理能力分组的患者 SAS 评分等级差异无统计学意义(P ＞0．05).不同性别自理能力分组的 SDS 评分等级差异有统计学意义(P ＜0．05).不同年龄分组的 SDS 评分等级差异无统计学意义(P ＞0．05).结论脑卒中患者心理状况与失能程度之间存在相关性.

Objectives To find out the relation between self-care ability and psychological status of stroke patients,so as to provide theoretical basis for carrying out psychological intervention to improve self-care ability of stroke patients.Methods A questionnaire survey of 279 stroke patients in the department of neurology of The Second Rongfu Military Hospital in Shaanxi Province was conducted,and its result was analyzed.Results SAS scores of groups with different ages,genders and self-care abilities showed no difference (P >0.05).SDS scores of groups with different genders and self-care abilities showed difference (P >0.05).SDS scores of groups with different ages showed difference (P <0.05).Conclusions There is a relation between psychological status of stroke patients and disability.
