Taking major pipeline engineering construction of Jinyang sewage treatment plant as an example,the paper introduces the engineering field environment and geology conditions,studies major construction technologies including foundation excavation,caisson manufacture,caisson subsidence and caisson sealing and so on,and finally points out that:steel reinforced concrete caisson construction not only reduces earthwork quantity excavation but also saves engineering cost,which is worth application and promotion.
