以北京奥体南区二号地B座商业办公楼工程项目为例,从现场布置、碰撞检测、图纸审查、安全防护、模拟施工、质量管理、进度计划、工程成本控制、资料管理、结算审计配合十个应用点,介绍了BIM(建筑信息模型)技术在超高层项目施工管理中的应用及其成果,并实现Rvit软件与鲁班软件的对接,获得了预期的效果。

This paper takes the project of the commerce and office building construction in Block B in the South District of Beijing Olympic Sports Center as an example, to introduce the application of BIM technology in the super high-rise project from the following 10 aspects: site layout, collision detection, drawing examination, security protection, simulation construction, quality security management, progress plan, engineer cost control, closing audit coordination and data management and get some achievements. Finally, the paper analyzes the problems in the application process of BIM.
