选择大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠球菌作为试验用菌,在自然光照条件下,按照《纳米无机材料抗菌性能检测方法》,对一种粉末(纳米 TiO2机械混晶体)料浆法制备的光催化水泥砂浆和基准配合比水泥砂浆分别进行了抗菌试验,结果表明:基准配合比水泥砂浆没有抗菌效果;随接触时间延长,光催化水泥砂浆对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率能达到95%以上,但对白色念珠球菌没有抗菌效果;机械混晶效应存在。
選擇大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌、白色唸珠毬菌作為試驗用菌,在自然光照條件下,按照《納米無機材料抗菌性能檢測方法》,對一種粉末(納米 TiO2機械混晶體)料漿法製備的光催化水泥砂漿和基準配閤比水泥砂漿分彆進行瞭抗菌試驗,結果錶明:基準配閤比水泥砂漿沒有抗菌效果;隨接觸時間延長,光催化水泥砂漿對大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌的抗菌率能達到95%以上,但對白色唸珠毬菌沒有抗菌效果;機械混晶效應存在。
선택대장간균、금황색포도구균、백색념주구균작위시험용균,재자연광조조건하,안조《납미무궤재료항균성능검측방법》,대일충분말(납미 TiO2궤계혼정체)료장법제비적광최화수니사장화기준배합비수니사장분별진행료항균시험,결과표명:기준배합비수니사장몰유항균효과;수접촉시간연장,광최화수니사장대대장간균、금황색포도구균적항균솔능체도95%이상,단대백색념주구균몰유항균효과;궤계혼정효응존재。
Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,candida albicans bacteria were used as test bacteria. Under natural light conditions,in ac-cordance with the Antibacterial Properties of Nano Inorganic Material Test Method,the antibacterial test was done in the photocatalytic cement mortar and the reference cement mortar through nano-TiO2 mechanical mixed crystals powder slurry method. Results showed that,the reference concrete had no antibacterial effect. With longer contact culture time,the antibacterial rate of photocatalytic cement mortar could reach more than 95% for escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus,but it had no antimicrobial effect for candida albicans bacteria,and the mechanical mixed crystal effect was existent.
