目的：了解西安市高校大学新生结核潜伏性感染现状，为西安市学校结核病防控工作提供依据.方法对22143名西安市大学新生进行结核菌素(PPD)试验，对 PPD 强阳性学生行 X 线胸片检查做进一步诊断.对单纯 PPD 强阳性学生在知情自愿的基础上开展预防性治疗.不同人口学特征下 PPD 阳性率和强阳性率的比较采用卡方检验.结果西安市大学新生 PPD 阳性率为27．85％，强阳性率为5．11％，最终确诊活动性肺结核31例，检出率为139．99/10万.PPD 强阳性率女生高于男生、少数民族高于汉族、城市高于农村、陕西陕北生源学生高于陕南和关中生源学生，这种差异具有统计学意义.单纯 PPD 强阳性学生预防性治疗的依从率为2．64％.结论西安市大学新生 PPD 强阳性预防性治疗依从率低，应加强对这部分学生的健康教育工作.

Objectives To understand the prevalence status of latent lung tuberculosis infection among freshmen of college and university in Xi'an city,and to provide basis for the tuberculosis prevention and control work.Methods 22.143 freshmen were undergone the purified protein derivative (PPD)test,and students with intensely positive PPD result further accepted X-ray examination.On the basis of the informed consent,the students with pure in-tensely positive PPD accepted preventive therapy.Chi-square test was used to compare the positive and intensely positive rate of PPD test among different groups.Results The positive and the intensely positive rate of PPD test were 27.85% and 5.1 1% respectively.31 patients with active lung TB were confirmed,and the detection rate was 139.99/100.000.The intensely positive rate in female was higher than that in male,and in ethnic minorities was higher than that in ethnic Han,and in urban students was higher than in rural students,and among freshmen from the north of Shaanxi province was higher than those from the southern and the middle area of Shaanxi province.The compliance rate of the preventive treatment among freshmen with intense positive result of PPD test was 2.64%. Conclusions The compliance rate of the preventive treatment among freshmen with intense positive result of PPD test was very low,and health education should be strengthened among those freshmen.
