制备了不同配比的膨润土/聚丙烯酸钠复合材料,并对复合材料的除水性能进行研究.结果表明:膨润土质量分数为30 %的膨润土/聚丙烯酸钠复合材料7 g,能除去含水5 %的异丙醇(30 mL异丙醇中含有1. 5 mL的水)溶剂中1. 5 %的水,而且吸水后成凝胶状,易于回收.因此,该复合材料可用于除异丙醇溶剂中少量的水,拓宽了此复合材料的用途,为工业生产带来便利.
製備瞭不同配比的膨潤土/聚丙烯痠鈉複閤材料,併對複閤材料的除水性能進行研究.結果錶明:膨潤土質量分數為30 %的膨潤土/聚丙烯痠鈉複閤材料7 g,能除去含水5 %的異丙醇(30 mL異丙醇中含有1. 5 mL的水)溶劑中1. 5 %的水,而且吸水後成凝膠狀,易于迴收.因此,該複閤材料可用于除異丙醇溶劑中少量的水,拓寬瞭此複閤材料的用途,為工業生產帶來便利.

Currently,the study of applying composite material to dehydrate solvent at room temperature has not been done at home yet. In this paper,bentonite/sodium polyacrylate composite material in differ-ent ratio was prepared to study their abilities of dehydrate. The result showed that 1. 5 percent of the water in isopropanol(30 mL of isopropanol contain 1. 5 mL of water) would be removed when putting 7 g of 30 percent of bentonite/sodium polyacrylate composite material. Furthermore,this composite material is easy to dispose because it will become gelatinous after absorbing water. So, bentonite/sodium polyacrylate composite material can be used to dehydrate in isopropanol.
