以草酸为沉淀剂,采用悬浮共沉淀法制备CO2 加氢一步合成二甲醚( DME)的双功能催化剂——CuO-ZnO-ZrO2/HZSM-5.重点考察ZrO2 对复合催化剂CuO-ZnO-ZrO2/HZSM-5结构性能的影响,并采用XRD、BET、H2-TPR及XPS对催化剂进行表征.活性评价结果显示:ZrO2 的存在,使得复合催化剂CuO-ZnO-ZrO2/HZSM-5的催化性能明显提高;当ZrO2 添加量占CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 质量的2%时,催化剂活性最高, CO2 单程转化率为28.9 %, DME的选择性、收率分别为55.1 %和15.9 %.表征结果表明:ZrO2 对催化剂的比表面积、还原性能以及CuO和ZnO的晶粒尺寸都有不同程度的影响.

CuO-ZnO-ZrO2/HZSM-5 bifunctional catalysts for dimethyl ether synthesis from hydrogena-tion of CO2 were prepared by parallel-flow-coprecipitation method,using oxalic acid as precipitant. This article focused on the effects of the amount of ZrO2 added on the catalyst structure and performance. The physical properties of catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,H2-TPR,and XPS. Experimental results showed that:because of the presence of ZrO2 ,catalytic activity of bifunctional catalysts CuO-ZnO-ZrO2/HZSM-5 was improved significantly,the maximum catal-ytic activity was obtained from the catalyst pre-pared with the amount of ZrO2 accounted for 2 % of CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 weight,the one way conversion of CO2 was 28. 9 %,the selectivity and the yield of dimethyl ether were 55. 1 % and 15. 9 % respectively. Characterization results indicated that ZrO2 could influence the catalyst surface area,distribution of cop-per,reduction performance,and so on in varying degrees.
