采用浸渍法制备KF/中性氧化铝固体碱催化剂.以异丁醛、甲醛为原料缩合合成2,2-二甲基-3-羟基丙醛(羟基特戊醛,下同) ,产率达到90 %,产物的结构由核磁表征.考察反应温度、催化剂焙烧温度、KF负载量、催化剂用量以及催化剂焙烧时间对产物产率的影响.结合 TG-DSC、XRD和FT-IR初步分析该固体碱催化剂的活性中心,并探讨分离提纯2,2-二甲基-3-羟基丙醛的方法.反应条件温和,操作简单.

KF/neutral-alumina solid-base catalyst was prepared by impregnation method,and 2,2-dime-thyl-3-hydroxypropionaldehyde was catalytically synthesized from isobutyraldehyde and formaldehyde. The yield of the product reached 90 %. The structure of the product was characterized using′H NMR. The effects of reaction temperature, calcination temperature and time of catalyst, KF loading of catalyst, and amount of catalyst on the yield of the product were studied. By using TG-DSC,XRD,and FT-IR,the ac-tivity center of the solid-base catalyst was investigated.
