目的：探讨丙戊酸钠联合治疗特发性全面性癫痫的有效性和不良反应。方法选择沂水中心医院2011年10月至2014年10月收治的特发性全面性癫痫患者90例，随机分治疗组和对照组各45例，其中，对照组患者单独采用丙戊酸钠进行治疗，治疗组患者采用丙戊酸钠联合进行治疗，观察比较两组患者治疗后的有效性和不良反应情况。结果治疗后，治疗组患者的总有效率为95．6％，明显高于对照组患者的73．3％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05），治疗组患者的不良反应发生率为6．6％，明显低于对照组患者的15．6％，两组间比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论采用丙戊酸钠联合治疗特发性全面性癫痫临床疗效显著，可明显改善患者的临床症状，减少癫痫发作次数，患者预后较好，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토병무산납연합치료특발성전면성전간적유효성화불량반응。방법선택기수중심의원2011년10월지2014년10월수치적특발성전면성전간환자90례，수궤분치료조화대조조각45례，기중，대조조환자단독채용병무산납진행치료，치료조환자채용병무산납연합진행치료，관찰비교량조환자치료후적유효성화불량반응정황。결과치료후，치료조환자적총유효솔위95．6％，명현고우대조조환자적73．3％，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05），치료조환자적불량반응발생솔위6．6％，명현저우대조조환자적15．6％，량조간비교차이현저，구유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05）。결론채용병무산납연합치료특발성전면성전간림상료효현저，가명현개선환자적림상증상，감소전간발작차수，환자예후교호，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions for sodium valproate combination therapy of idiopathic generalized epilepsy .Methods 90 patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy were in‐cluded in the study ,of w hich the control group of 45 patients with sodium valproate monotherapy for treat‐ment ,while the treatment group of 45 patients were treated with sodium valproate combination treatment . Results After treatment ,total effective rate was 96 .7% in the treatment group ,73 .3% in the control group ,significantly higher than the control patients ( P <0 .05) ,incidence of adverse reactions in treat‐ment group was 5 .0% ,significantly lower than the control patients ( P <0 .05) .Conclusion Sodium val‐proate combination therapy in patients with idiopathic epilepsy comprehensiveness has a very significant treatment effect ,w hich can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the number of episodes conducive prognosis ,and it is worthy of clinical application .
