目的:探讨碘伏冷冻保存自体颅骨早期修补颅骨缺损的效果,分析脑创伤行去骨瓣减压术后超早期修补颅骨缺损对患者功能的影响。方法将行去骨瓣减压病人的骨瓣置入无菌容器内封闭后冷藏,后超早期修补颅骨缺损(去骨瓣减压术后1月内),观察病人的疗效及预后。结果修补时皮瓣剥离容易,病人预后良好,无并发症,头颅外形良好,无不适。随访2个月至2年,头颅X线显示颅骨结构良好,未发现颅骨有破坏,EC T检查示11例自体骨瓣有明显供血,5例自体骨瓣供血较差。结论采用无菌条件下保存的自体颅骨修补颅骨缺损不失为一种好的治疗方法,自体骨瓣可能存活或成为颅骨生长的骨架。对有适应证的病人超早期修补颅骨缺损对改善病人的预后,减少并发症的发生更有效。

목적:탐토전복냉동보존자체로골조기수보로골결손적효과,분석뇌창상행거골판감압술후초조기수보로골결손대환자공능적영향。방법장행거골판감압병인적골판치입무균용기내봉폐후랭장,후초조기수보로골결손(거골판감압술후1월내),관찰병인적료효급예후。결과수보시피판박리용역,병인예후량호,무병발증,두로외형량호,무불괄。수방2개월지2년,두로X선현시로골결구량호,미발현로골유파배,EC T검사시11례자체골판유명현공혈,5례자체골판공혈교차。결론채용무균조건하보존적자체로골수보로골결손불실위일충호적치료방법,자체골판가능존활혹성위로골생장적골가。대유괄응증적병인초조기수보로골결손대개선병인적예후,감소병발증적발생경유효。
Objective To investigate the iodine cryopreserved autologous skull skull defect repair the effects of early ,trauma‐line analysis of the brain after decompressive craniectomy in patients with early re‐pair of skull defects of the function .Decompressive craniectomy .Methods Line into the patient's bone cold sterile container is closed ,after the ultra‐early repair of skull defects (decompressive craniectomy after 1 month) to observe the patient's treatment and prognosis .Results When the flap is easy to repair peeling re‐sult ,patients with good prognosis ,without complications ,the cranial shape is good ,no discomfort .Fol‐low up of 2 months to 2 years ,the skull X‐ray showed the skull structure good ,did not find the skull dam‐age ,ECT examination showed 11 cases of autologous bone flap was blood ,5 cases of autologous bone flap blood supply is poor .Conclusion Stored under sterile conditions using autologous cranioplasty of skull de‐fects may well be a good treatment for patients with indications of ultra‐early repair of skull defects to im‐prove the prognosis of patients ,to reduce the incidence of complications and more effective .
