目的：分析清胃散与康复新液对头颈部肿瘤放疗后出现口腔溃疡副作用的疗效，对其规律进行探讨，为指导临床提供依据。方法选取2011年1月至2014年10月在我院肿瘤科门诊及病房诊治的头颈部肿瘤放疗后出现放射性口腔溃疡的患者作为研究对象，根据其临床分期将所有患者分为早中期、晚期两组，清胃散及康复新液后的疗效情况。结果早中期头颈部肿瘤患者服用清胃散后口腔溃疡痊愈（38.8%）、好转（44.9%）、无效（16.3%）；服用康复新液后口腔溃疡痊愈（28.5%）、好转（36.8%）、无效（34.7%）。晚期头颈部肿瘤患者服用清胃散后口腔溃疡痊愈（30.7%）、好转（46.7%）、无效（22.6%）；服用康复新液后口腔溃疡痊愈（25.5%）、好转（38.7%）、无效（35.8%）。差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论早中期及晚期头颈部肿瘤放疗后口腔溃疡的患者服用清胃散的疗效均优于康复新液。

목적：분석청위산여강복신액대두경부종류방료후출현구강궤양부작용적료효，대기규률진행탐토，위지도림상제공의거。방법선취2011년1월지2014년10월재아원종류과문진급병방진치적두경부종류방료후출현방사성구강궤양적환자작위연구대상，근거기림상분기장소유환자분위조중기、만기량조，청위산급강복신액후적료효정황。결과조중기두경부종류환자복용청위산후구강궤양전유（38.8%）、호전（44.9%）、무효（16.3%）；복용강복신액후구강궤양전유（28.5%）、호전（36.8%）、무효（34.7%）。만기두경부종류환자복용청위산후구강궤양전유（30.7%）、호전（46.7%）、무효（22.6%）；복용강복신액후구강궤양전유（25.5%）、호전（38.7%）、무효（35.8%）。차이유통계학의의，P＜0.05。결론조중기급만기두경부종류방료후구강궤양적환자복용청위산적료효균우우강복신액。
ABSTRACT:Objective:analysis of stomach clearing powder and radiotherapy of Kangfuxin liquid in head and neck tumors after oral ulcer induced side effects, discuss its law, to provide the basis for clinical.Methods:from 2011 January to 2014 october in head and neck cancer diagnosis and treatment of tumor radiotherapy outpatient department of our hospital and ward after radioactive oral ulcer patients as research object, according to the clinical staging of all patients were divided into two groups, the late early and middle, respectively give Qingwei powder and Kangfuxin liquid taking, the efifcacy of the patients after taking the record, statistics of each period of patients taking effect Qingwei powder and Kangfuxin liquid after.Results:in the early period of head and neck cancer of stomach clearing powder after taking oral ulcer healing (38.8%), improvement (44.9%), invalid (16.3%);oral ulcers healed after taking the Kangfuxin liquid (28.5%), improvement (36.8%), invalid (34.7%). Patients with advanced head and neck cancer of stomach clearing powder after taking oral ulcer healing (30.7%), improvement (46.7%), invalid (22.6%);oral ulcers healed after taking the Kangfuxin liquid (25.5%), improvement (38.7%), invalid (35.8%).there is a signiifcant difference between patients with early mid(P< 0.05).Conclusionn:early metaphase and advanced head and neck tumors after radiotherapy of oral cavity ulcer patients taking effect of Qingwei powder are better than that of Kangfuxin liquid.
