SBS改性沥青防水卷材作为地下防水材料使用或在严寒地区使用时,要经受浸水老化和冻融循环老化.通过检测老化过程中两种聚酯胎SBS防水卷材的拉伸性能、耐热性和低温柔性等参数的变化,对SBS防水卷材的浸水老化和冻融循环老化进行研究.结果表明:浸水老化和冻融循环老化对型号相同、配方不同的SBS防水卷材的影响规律基本一致,但影响程度不同.浸水老化对SBS防水卷材聚酯胎基性能有显著影响,在浸水老化前期尤为明显.在浸水环境中,水会进入SBS防水卷材内部,与其中的浸涂材料和聚酯胎基产生物理化学反应,导致其厚度和质量产生不同程度的永久性增加.浸水老化和冻融循环老化对SBS防水卷材拉力的影响很有规律,对拉力数据添加趋势线,其R2值均接近于1,说明可以通过数学方法对其拉力进行预测.

When SBS modified bituminous sheet materials are used as the underground waterproof material or in cold regions,it's going to undergo soaking aging and freezing-thawing cycles aging. This paper studied soaking aging and freezing-thawing cycles aging of SBS sheet materials by testing the parameters changes of tensile properties,heat resistance and low temperature flexibility of two kinds of polyester base materials SBS sheet materials. The results showed that the influence of soaking aging and freezing-thawing cycles aging on the SBS sheet materials which had same type and different formula was basically the same,but the influence degree was different. Soaking aging had a significant effect on the performance of polyester base materials,especially in the early stage of soaking aging. In soaking environment,water will enter the inner of SBS sheet materials and reacts with dip coating materials and polyester base materials, which causing a permanent increase in thickness and weight. The influence of soaking aging and freezing-thawing cycles aging on the tensile force is very regular,after adding trend line to the date of tensile force,R2 are close to 1,which showed that tensile force can be predicted by mathematical method.
