施工时间的调整是乳化沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计的关键。本文通过旋转压实方法研究不同压实时间对乳化沥青冷再生混合料的体积指标和强度的影响,利用体积指标和强度指标确定最佳的施工时间并采用圆柱体试件无侧限抗压强度试验验证上述实验结果。发现乳化沥青冷再生混合料在4小时后进行旋转压实,其孔隙率大幅度增加,无侧限抗压强度峰值出现在5小时,从而可以确定此配合比乳化沥青混合料的施工时间在4小时以内。试验结果可以很好的指导现场施工。

Construction time is the key point of emulsified asphalt cold recycled Mixture.The effect of paced time before SGC on the volume and compressive strength indicators was studied in this paper.The best construction time was determined by volume and compressive strength indicators;Meanwhile,the time studied above was validated by unconfined compressive strength tested by cylinder specimen.It was found that the void ratio increased by a wide margin when the sample compacted by SGC after 4 hours,and the unconfined compressive strength peak appeared after 5 hours. Since the construction time can be determined as 4 hour,and the result was meaningful for emulsified asphalt cold recycling.
