利用MIDAS/CIVIL对某黄河特大桥锚碇大体积混凝土在自然冷却下分层浇筑的温度场和应力场进行有限元仿真模拟。通过分析研究得出了最高温度出现的时间、位置、最高温度值及最大应力和相应的容许抗拉强度值。并根据模拟结果可知冷却水管布置位置及间距,为本次特大桥锚碇大体积混凝土的施工提供了理论指导。

At the condition of natural cooling core,the Temperature field and Stress field of layer pouring of mass concrete in anchor-mound of certain yellow river supermjor bridge was analysised by fem simulation analysis of MIDAS/CIVIL.From analysis of the results,we can know the time and position of the highest temperature,the highest temperature,the maximum stress and the relevant allowable tensile strength.According to simulation results,we can know the position and distance of cooling pipe,and it provides theoretical guidance for the construction of supermajor bridge of mass concrete in anchor-mound.
