本论文以模拟水为研究对象,采用静态腐蚀、动态腐蚀相结合方法,重点研究了在动静态条件下无机离子、交互作用、pH、溶解氧和温度对华联站采出水系统腐蚀情况,结果表明:模拟水中溶解氧浓度增大,腐蚀速率升高;在考虑溶解氧、pH、温度及离子交互作用等条件下,模拟水对腐蚀速率影响较大的因素是Fe3+及S2-;在动态条件下的腐蚀速率远大于在静态条件下的腐蚀速率。

본논문이모의수위연구대상,채용정태부식、동태부식상결합방법,중점연구료재동정태조건하무궤리자、교호작용、pH、용해양화온도대화련참채출수계통부식정황,결과표명:모의수중용해양농도증대,부식속솔승고;재고필용해양、pH、온도급리자교호작용등조건하,모의수대부식속솔영향교대적인소시Fe3+급S2-;재동태조건하적부식속솔원대우재정태조건하적부식속솔。
Using the simulated water as the research object,this paper uses the combination of static,dynamic corrosion method,mainly studied inorganic ions on the condition of dynamic and static,interaction,pH,temperature and dissolved oxygen corrosion situation in hualian station produced water system.The results show that when the simulated water dissolved oxygen concentration increases,corrosion rate is higher;Considering,pH,temperature and dissolved oxygen and ion interaction conditions,the biggest corrosion rate influence factor is the Fe3+ and S2-;Under the dynamic condition of corrosion rate is greater than under the condition of static corrosion rate.
