目的：针对全麻手术病人气管插管用2条胶带固定易致气管导管移位，口腔分泌刺激面部及污染手术床头板而研制的气管导管外固定贴。方法选择全麻手术病人160例，随机分为实验组和对照组各80例。对照组用2条胶带交叉固定，实验组用2条胶带交叉固定后加用气管导管外固定贴。术后观察：有无导管移位，有无面部发红，有无面部淤青，有无污染手术床头板。将观察数据进行统计学分析。结果实验组气管导管移位，面部发红，面部淤青，手术床头板污染发生率明显低于对照组，P<0.001，差异有统计学意义。结论气管导管外固定贴是一种安全有效、操作简便的器械。
목적：침대전마수술병인기관삽관용2조효대고정역치기관도관이위，구강분비자격면부급오염수술상두판이연제적기관도관외고정첩。방법선택전마수술병인160례，수궤분위실험조화대조조각80례。대조조용2조효대교차고정，실험조용2조효대교차고정후가용기관도관외고정첩。술후관찰：유무도관이위，유무면부발홍，유무면부어청，유무오염수술상두판。장관찰수거진행통계학분석。결과실험조기관도관이위，면부발홍，면부어청，수술상두판오염발생솔명현저우대조조，P<0.001，차이유통계학의의。결론기관도관외고정첩시일충안전유효、조작간편적기계。
ABSTRACT:Objective:for trachea cannula of general anesthesia surgery patients fixed with two tapes is easily to cause the endotracheal tube shifted,oral secretion stimulates facial and pollutes the surgery headboard ,trachea cannula external ifxation was developed ,observing its clinical effects. Method:160 cases of patients with general anesthesia surgery was selected , randomly divided into control group and experiment group ,80 cases in each group. the patients in control group were fixed with two tapes ,experiment group were ifxed with external ifxation of the endotracheal tube after crossed with two tapes . after the surgery ,observe:if the endotracheal tube shifted or not,with or without facial redness,facial bruises,surgery headboard pollution rates significantly lower than the control group. We will look at the data for statistical analysis. Result:the rates of endotracheal tube shifted, facial redness,facial bruises,surgery headboard pollution of experiment group obviously below the control group,P<0.001,the difference has statistics meaning . Conclusion:the trachea cannula external ifxation is a safe and effective、easy and simple to handle instrument.
