重型汽车用六缸铸铁气缸盖铸件在试生产过程中出现气孔缺陷,分析了其油罩壳面出现气孔缺陷的特点及成因,介绍了降低该类气孔缺陷所采用的几种主要工艺方法.通过浇注系统的改进、水套砂芯腹膜砂的优化选用、砂芯排气系统的优化、金属液的净化处理等措施,重型汽车用六缸气缸盖气孔缺陷得到了有效控制.

This paper briefly describes the characteristics of gas hole defect appearing in the trial production process of a heavy car with six cylinder cast iron cylinder head castings, and analyzes the cause that the blowhole defects appears on the oil shell surface. Then, the writer introduces several main process methods to reduce this kind of pore defects in use: pouring system improvement, sand core of water jacket peritoneal sand the optimization selection, sand core exhaust system optimization, liquid metal purification treatment measures, so that, the production of heavy vehicles with six cylinder cover effectively reduces the porosity defect.
