目的：分析沈阳军区兴城疗养院（以下简称“我院”）抗菌药物应用情况，为加强药品管理和提高抗菌药物的合理应用提供可靠依据。方法：统计2011—2013年我院抗菌药物应用情况，进行用药金额、用药频度等分析。结果：我院应用的抗菌药物占总药品销售额的比例偏低，且主要以头孢菌素类药物为主，口服药的使用频度明显大于注射剂。结论：我院抗菌药物应用情况基本合理，但院方仍需加强管理，重点监测销售金额排序和用药频度靠前的药品，避免抗菌药物滥用。
目的：分析瀋暘軍區興城療養院（以下簡稱“我院”）抗菌藥物應用情況，為加彊藥品管理和提高抗菌藥物的閤理應用提供可靠依據。方法：統計2011—2013年我院抗菌藥物應用情況，進行用藥金額、用藥頻度等分析。結果：我院應用的抗菌藥物佔總藥品銷售額的比例偏低，且主要以頭孢菌素類藥物為主，口服藥的使用頻度明顯大于註射劑。結論：我院抗菌藥物應用情況基本閤理，但院方仍需加彊管理，重點鑑測銷售金額排序和用藥頻度靠前的藥品，避免抗菌藥物濫用。
목적：분석침양군구흥성요양원（이하간칭“아원”）항균약물응용정황，위가강약품관리화제고항균약물적합리응용제공가고의거。방법：통계2011—2013년아원항균약물응용정황，진행용약금액、용약빈도등분석。결과：아원응용적항균약물점총약품소수액적비례편저，차주요이두포균소류약물위주，구복약적사용빈도명현대우주사제。결론：아원항균약물응용정황기본합리，단원방잉수가강관리，중점감측소수금액배서화용약빈도고전적약품，피면항균약물람용。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the utilization of antibiotics in Xingcheng Sanatorium of Shenyang Military Region (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”), and to provide reliable basis for the strength of medication management and improvement of rational utilization of antibiotics.METHODS:The statistics of utilization of antibiotics in our hospital during 2011-2013 were analyzed in terms of consumption sum and defined daily dose system(DDDs), etc.RESULTS:The ratio of utilization of antibiotics in total sales was relatively low, and utilization of cephalosporins took the lead, the utilization frequency of oral agents was significantly higher than that of injections.CONCLUSIONS:The utilization of antibiotics in our hospital was basically rational, but the supervision still need to be enhanced.It is necessary to intensively monitor drugs that ranked higher in the list of consumption sum and DDDs, so as to avoid the abuse of antibiotics.
