目的：了解威海市立医院（以下简称“我院”）住院患者麻醉药品的应用现状及影响因素，为麻醉药品的科学管理和临床合理应用提供参考。方法：对2012—2014年我院住院患者麻醉药品的用药频度、药物利用指数、限定日费用等指标进行统计分析。结果：3年来，我院用药频度排序居前3位的药品为枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、盐酸布桂嗪注射液、硫酸吗啡缓释片；在临床应用中，主要用于癌性疼痛患者的药物有硫酸吗啡缓释片、盐酸羟考酮缓释片、芬太尼透皮贴剂；限定日费用最高的为盐酸羟考酮缓释片（40 mg）。结论：我院住院患者麻醉药品的使用基本合理。
목적：료해위해시립의원（이하간칭“아원”）주원환자마취약품적응용현상급영향인소，위마취약품적과학관리화림상합리응용제공삼고。방법：대2012—2014년아원주원환자마취약품적용약빈도、약물이용지수、한정일비용등지표진행통계분석。결과：3년래，아원용약빈도배서거전3위적약품위구연산분태니주사액、염산포계진주사액、류산마배완석편；재림상응용중，주요용우암성동통환자적약물유류산마배완석편、염산간고동완석편、분태니투피첩제；한정일비용최고적위염산간고동완석편（40 mg）。결론：아원주원환자마취약품적사용기본합리。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current situation and influential factors of utilization of narcotics in inpatients of Weihai Municipal Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , and to provide reference for scientific management and clinical rational use of narcotics.METHODS:The clinical use of narcotics in inpatients of our hospital during 2012-2014 was analyzed statistically via the indexes of daily defined dose system( DDDs), drug utilization index ( DUI ) , daily defined cost ( DDC ) , etc. RESULTS: Fentanyl citrate injections, bucinnazine hydrochloride injections and Morphine sulfate sustained release tablets dominated the top three places of the list ranked by DDDs of our hospital during the three years.In clinical use, Morphine sulfate sustained release tablets, Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets and fentany transdermal system were mainly used for patients with cancer. Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets(40 mg) took the lead in terms of DDC.CONCLUSIONS:The use of narcotics in inpatients of our hospital was basically rational.
