目的：评价头孢唑林在上海地区医院的应用现状和趋势。方法：对2011—2013年上海市119家医院头孢唑林的销售金额、用药频度（ defined daily dose system，DDDs）、日均费用（ daily drug cost，DDC）等进行统计和分析。结果：3年间，头孢唑林的份额在头孢菌素类药物中约占0.13％，销售金额呈逐年下降的趋势，DDDs略有上升，DDC略有下降，DDDs的复合年均增长率为2.31％。结论：应进一步规范头孢唑林的临床应用，以确保临床用药的安全和有效。

목적：평개두포서림재상해지구의원적응용현상화추세。방법：대2011—2013년상해시119가의원두포서림적소수금액、용약빈도（ defined daily dose system，DDDs）、일균비용（ daily drug cost，DDC）등진행통계화분석。결과：3년간，두포서림적빈액재두포균소류약물중약점0.13％，소수금액정축년하강적추세，DDDs략유상승，DDC략유하강，DDDs적복합년균증장솔위2.31％。결론：응진일보규범두포서림적림상응용，이학보림상용약적안전화유효。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the utilization and tendency of cefazolin in 119 hospitals of Shanghai. METHODS:The utilization of cefazolin in 119 hospitals of Shanghai during 2011-2013 was statistically analyzed in respect of consumption sum, defined daily dose system( DDDs) and daily defined cost( DDC) , etc.RESULTS:During the three years, the market share of cefazolin took up about 0.13% of cephalosporins, but the consumption sum decreased yearly; DDDs had a slight increase while DDC had a slight decrease, CAGA of DDDs was 2.31%. CONCLUSIONS:The clinical application of cefazolin should be further regulated, so as to ensure the effective, safe and economical medication in clinic.
