针对发动机缸体抛丸清理设备的特点,对其弹丸循环系统的部件组成及结构特点进行了介绍,并分别对弹丸输送、弹丸提升、丸渣分离和弹丸流量控制部件进行了结构优化和改进,目的是使弹丸循环系统更好的发挥供丸、补丸和净丸的功能,更好的满足发动机缸体的清理要求.
針對髮動機缸體拋汍清理設備的特點,對其彈汍循環繫統的部件組成及結構特點進行瞭介紹,併分彆對彈汍輸送、彈汍提升、汍渣分離和彈汍流量控製部件進行瞭結構優化和改進,目的是使彈汍循環繫統更好的髮揮供汍、補汍和淨汍的功能,更好的滿足髮動機缸體的清理要求.

About the characterization of shot blasting cleaning of engine cylinder, the Component composition and design feature of Shot circle system are introduced in this paper. Shot transportation, shot lift, separation of shot, dregs and dust and shot flow control are analyzed and designed. In order to play a role of shot supplement and purification, the structure optimization and improvement of shot circle system are need to study to improve the cleaning quality of engine cylinder.
