树脂砂混砂机是决定型砂质量的关键设备,本项目所改造的某大吨位混砂机使用老旧的接触器、继电器控制系统,自动化程度低、参数调整困难、运行过程无法有效监控.通过改造为PLC控制系统,并利用液料实时监测、反馈系统对其流量进行在线管理,由无线以太网双向传输数据,达到提升设备自动化、节约成本、实时监控和控制质量的目的.

Sand mixer of resin sand is the key equipment in determining the quality of molding sand. Because of its low automation, difficulty in parameter adjustment and incapability in effective supervision when operational processing, in this project, we transformed a sand mixer of large tonnage which used old contactor and relay control system. Through the transformation to PLC control system, application of real-time monitoring of liquid materials, and online management of the flow via feedback system with two-way wireless Ethernet data transmission, we achieved our aim to improve equipment automation, save cost, do real-time supervision and in addition, control the quality.
