根据生产实际状况的要求,针对SCR炉区上溜槽装置常见故障进行分析及优化设计,提出了改进技术方案,可杜绝上溜槽装置漏铜、积渣严重及防爆膜爆炸频繁停机事故的发生,新型上溜槽装置流嘴开裂、烧损故障少,铜液飞溅小,铜杆产品夹杂、断线少、品质好,使用寿命长,成本能耗低,完全能满足国内外客户对高端铜细线及超微线的特殊需求.
