实验采用盐酸、双氧水初步溶解样品,将不溶固体以硫酸、磷酸高温溶解,采用水蒸气蒸馏,用饱和硼酸吸收蒸馏液并以氨基磺酸标准溶液滴定,根据消耗量来计算出氮的含量.实验测得的试剂空白值小于0.13 mg,蒸馏滴定测得的样品数据与氧氮仪测得的数据基本一致.此方法可以满足高温合金中氮含量的准确测定.
實驗採用鹽痠、雙氧水初步溶解樣品,將不溶固體以硫痠、燐痠高溫溶解,採用水蒸氣蒸餾,用飽和硼痠吸收蒸餾液併以氨基磺痠標準溶液滴定,根據消耗量來計算齣氮的含量.實驗測得的試劑空白值小于0.13 mg,蒸餾滴定測得的樣品數據與氧氮儀測得的數據基本一緻.此方法可以滿足高溫閤金中氮含量的準確測定.

The experimental using hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide initially dissolved the sample. The insoluble solid was dissolved in sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid solution at high temperature. By steam distillation, the distillate was absorbed with saturated boric acid and titrated by amino acid standard solution We calculated the nitrogen content according to the consumption. The experimental blank value was less than 0.13 mg, the distillation titration sample datas were consistent with oxygen and nitrogen measured values. This method can meet the accurate determination of the nitrogen content in superalloys.
