建设场地的地质条件千变万化,工程环境错综复杂,各种因素相互影响,考虑不慎极可能导致建筑物发生倾斜.结合某住宅小区工程,通过对问题建筑物进行资料查询、状态调查、验证性勘察和综合评价,从勘察、设计、施工等方面分析产生倾斜的原因,并对相关问题进行探讨,为后期边坡治理提供了设计及施工依据.

Since construction site geological conditions ever-changing and complex engineering environment,various factors influence each other,it was likely to result in buildings run-off the straight if considered not thoughtful. This paper combined a residential project,through data query,investigation, verification survey and comprehensive evaluation of tilted buildings,analyzed the reasons for tilt from the survey,design,construction and other aspects,and then related issues were discussed,which could provide the design and construction basis for slope treatment at later period.
